How it works:
  1. Enter your username and email to receive password reset link
    Tip: your email must be one that SJC has on file. Can be a personal address or an SJC email that you have access to.
  2. Check your email for the password reset link
  3. Click the link to set your new password
Enter your SJCME username (for students, faculty, staff, parents, or applicants)
Enter an email where you can receive the reset link (can be another @sjcme.edu address or personal email)
Important Information
  • Only use this if you've forgotten your SJCME password
  • The reset link will expire in 2 hours
  • You can only use each reset link once
  • Keep your email secure and accessible
Direct Password Change:
  1. Enter your SJCME username
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter and confirm your new password
  4. Your password will be updated immediately

Password Requirements
  • At least 12 characters long
  • Contains at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • Contains at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • Contains at least one number (0-9)
  • Contains at least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
  • Must be different from your current password
  • Must not reuse a recently used password (checked when submitted)
